Mr R Limaye undertakes a routine audit of his patient's satisfaction throughout patient journey including OP consultations, surgical outcomes and also through various scoring criteria. This is to improve the service and optimise the pre-operative and post-operative expectations of the patients we treat.

Dear Mr Limaye- just a short note to say thank you for the two successful operations you performed on my both feet. Removing the bunion has stopped all pain and inflammation in my both feet. I can now enjoy walks in the north Yorkshire moors happily.

I can’t explain to you how much you have improved my day to day life. I had pain and deformity for years and I always avoided operation until I spoke to you. However, I can appreciate now, that it was the right thing to do. Having torn my ankle ligament and cartilage in early this year I self-referred myself to Mr Limaye at the BMI woodlands hospital. From the beginning I was given an open and clear management plan.

• Mr Limaye performed a big toe joint procedure just over a year ago so I’m writing to share my experience about the overall result. • Great thank you to Mr Limaye for a successful operation on my fractured ankle and two snapped ligaments after six months back on my bike and out walking again and follow ups by Mr Limaye if you have this problem go and see Mr Limaye he will put you wright and woodlands hospital Darlington once again thank you

• I had a fractured ankle for over 4 months when I saw Mr Limaye and he advised me to have a minor operation to bolt and plate the ankle which he did and the operation has been a wonderful success and I am almost back to doing all my regular lifestyle with little or no pain from the ankle thanks to the profssional care and after care that has been gien to me I am extremely grateful for his action to point out the fracture in the first place.
